Mario Frontini is chief Investment Officer of the Sator Public Equity Value Fund and a board member of Sator Capital Limited. He joined Sator in March 2010.

Mario has an extensive experience in the asset management industry, having been formerly an analyst and a portfolio manager at Fidelity for 11 yrs. He joined Fidelity in 98 as a research analyst in the pan European team, covering different consumer and industrial sectors.

During his career at Fidelity as a portfolio manager, Mario has been part of the global equity team, running a global energy and industrials fund. He joined the European fund management team in 04 and he has been portfolio manager for the FF Italy, FF Iberia and FF European Aggressive with responsibilities for over 4$ bn. He has been highly ranked as a fund manager (2nd and 3rd best European Fund Manager in Thomson/Extel in 06 and 07).

Prior to joining Fidelity, Mario spent two years as a management consultant, working for major international groups in Brazil and Italy.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
