Maria Rita Scolaro is the Head of Organization, Human Resources and Legal Departments of Sator S.p.A.

She is a member of SPEF Private Equity Investment Committee and Vice Chairman of Tinaba S.p.A. She is also a board member of Banca Profilo S.p.A. and Arepo PR S.p.A.

In 2015 she was part of the Staff of the Chairman and CEO of Sator S.p.A., she also worked in compliance and organization at Arepo BP S.p.A.

She was a member of the board of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A., Extrabanca S.p.A., L'Autre Chose S.p.A., News 3.0, Restart S.p.A., Il Foglio Edizioni S.r.l., Rusky S.p.A., Surya S.r.l. Prior to this, she was Secretary of the Board of Directors of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. (from 2012 until 2015), and Arepo SB S.p.A. (from 2009-2012).

She was part of the Administration area of Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. (from 2012 to 2015) and she was Personal Assistant to CEO of Sator S.p.A. (from 2009 until 2012).

She holds a BA in Law from the University of Siena and she is enabled to practice law since 2006. From 2002 to 2007 she worked with several law firms and in the Financial Institutions pursuant to TUB Art. 106.
