Francesco Forghieri is Chief Financial Officer at Sator S.p.A. and Financial Planning and Control of Arepo BP S.p.A.

He is also a board member of Sator Capital Limited, Sator GP Limited, Tinaba S.p.A. and also sole director of Arepo PV S.r.l., Arepo PR S.r.l. and Arepo LC S.r.l.

He was also a member of the board of CER - Centro Europa Ricerche S.r.l., Studio Editorale s.r.l., Restart S.p.A. and he was also a member of the SPEF Fund Investment Committee.

Previously, he was Chief Accountant and Treasury at Bureau Veritas Group (2017-2019) and Administrative Executive Officer at Roccobarocco Group (2015-2017) were he was responsible of management and supervision of accounting, administrative, tax and management control activities, management of administrative, accounting and financial processes by defining the procedures and supervising the operating instructions.

He also worked, as Associated with several professional offices, as manager of all tax compliance ordinary and extraordinary, drafting of the ordinary and extraordinary budget, ordinary tax obligations, tax breaks and extraordinary tax obligations, financial analysis, balance sheet analysis, benchmark analysis, economic simulations, cash management, tax, corporate and governance legal opinions also for international matters.

 He holds a Master Degree in Economics at University of Modena, he also attends currently professional updating courses. He is registered with association of chartered certified accountants in Milan.
