Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. is a Real Estate asset management company owned by Sator Private Equity Fund (58,42%), by Fratelli Puri Negri S.A.p.A. (24,34%), by Unodueerre SRL (9,74%) and by Cassa Nazionale del Notariato (7,5%).

Sator Immobiliare SGR S.p.A. with its headquarters in Milan Vicolo Santa Maria alla Porta, 1 and operative office in Rome, received the required authorization from the Bank of Italy in July 2009 and is registered with number 287 in the Albo delle Società di Gestione del Risparmio.

The company is an Asset Management Company, and it is engaged in the launch and management of Italian regulated Real Estate collective funds.

On January 4, 2018, the Company has obtained from Bank of Italy, the authorization to extend the operations to the management of FIAs that invest in loans.

On the basis of this authorization, it is therefore possible to extend the scope of the Company's activities to FIA, which invest in non-residual receivables. The statutory amendment was approved by the Shareholders' Meeting of 24 April 2018.

Carlo Alessandro Puri Negri is Chairman of The Board of Directors. The Board is also composed by: Paolo Rella (CEO), Giacomo Garbuglia, Andrea Biasco, Giuseppe Roveda, Giuseppe Gallo (Independent member) and Claudio Recchi (Independent member).

The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed by: Giorgio Amato (Chairman), Mario Zanin and  Paolo Salvaderi.

The tasks of the Audit Committee ex d.lgs. 231/2001 are attributed to the Board Statutory Auditors.

On May 31, 2018 Sator Immobiliare SGR, managing 11 Alternative Investment Funds with over Euro 900 million of Gross Asset Value.

With the approval of the Financial Statement and the related distribution plan by the Board of Directors on 26 July 2017, the listed FIA Investietico completed its liquidation activities. In line with the provisions of the law, the Company finalized the appropriate communications to the Supervisory Authorities and to the market.
